Madan Bahal

Madan Bahal founded the Adfactors Group in 1981, at a time when financial communication in India was still finding its voice.

He chose to focus where clarity mattered most — capital markets, corporate communication, and IPOs.

That focus led to some of the country's landmark assignments, including IDBI Bank, SBI Resurgent India Bonds, and Konkan Railway Bonds.

These weren't just campaigns. They helped establish a new standard for financial communication in India.

Over the years, that thinking has shaped Adfactors Advertising into India's leading financial advertising agency, with a track record of handling almost all the major IPOs floated in the Indian market.

He is also the co-founder of Adfactors PR – India's leading and Asia's top-ranked independent public relations firm, and Cholorophyll – India's first end-to-end brand consultancy.

Rajesh Chaturvedi

Rajesh Chaturvedi, Partner at Adfactors Advertising, brings over four decades of experience in advertising and corporate communication.

Over the years, he has been closely involved in the creation of campaigns for several of the country's landmark assignments, including Konkan Railway, IDBI, State Bank of India – Resurgent India Bonds, State Bank of India – IMDs, Arvind Mills, and L&T.

His deep understanding of communication within the BFSI sector has been central to the success of several of these initiatives.

Rajesh also serves as Chairman of Adfactors PR, India's largest public relations firm. Along with Madan Bahal, he has played a key role in the firm's growth and recognition, leading to over 250 prestigious national and international awards for campaign excellence.

Known for his long-standing relationships across the media ecosystem, he continues to be a trusted voice within the organisation and a key contributor to its strategic direction.
